The LiberNovo Omni uses a snap-fit design to make the backrest easy to adjust, clean, or replace. If the clips have detached, simply align the backrest with the mounting points and press firmly until they snap back into place. If the problem persists or the clips won't stay secure, please contact our support team with a quick photo or video so we can resolve this for you.
