General Terms

This promotion applies to all products listed on the official Fall Prime Sale campaign page. All promotional offers are only valid for orders completed and paid in full within the promotional period.

All orders placed during the promotion must comply with LiberNovo’s official Purchase Agreement and Return & Refund Policy.

Only one product-specific discount may be applied per individual product, and only one order-level discount may be applied per single order.

All free gift bundles are available while supplies last and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The free gift promotion ends once inventory is exhausted, and gift offerings may be adjusted without prior notice. Free gifts may be shipped separately from the main product order.

All physical free gifts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable if no quality defects are found. If the main purchased product is returned for a refund, all received free gifts must be returned in original condition. Failure to return the gifts will result in the corresponding gift value being deducted from your final refund amount.
